Summary of steps:

Start with breathing (not in this recording), and perhaps a question you have.
What is the center of the wheel like for you, when you are calm, aware, clear, open, peaceful, calm, perceptive and clear?
Go through the wheel, from focused to open awareness: from the five senses, to the interior of the body (6th sense), then to the mental activities (7th sense), finally to the interconnected relationships with others (8th sense)
End with positive intentions for others
